What happens if I outgrow a plan?
You move up and it takes effect the same day, with the invoice prorated. Moving down happens at the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing you have made is deleted when it does — pages over the new limit come off the site and wait, and you choose which ones stay live.
Why is the top plan one per city?
Because we do the work on it, and doing it for two shops chasing the same customers would be working against ourselves. One shop per city holds it, on a six-month minimum, and there are twenty seats in total right now. The other two slots in a city are still open on the plans below.
Is there a contract?
Not on the monthly plans — you can close your account yourself, any time. Rock Star is a 6-month minimum billed monthly at $499, not $499 × 6 up front, and it rolls month to month after that.
